This study points out that the Sacred Scriptures were not written
chronologically, rather, they are a collection of 73 books which comprise the
Old and New Testaments. By breaking
up the Bible into a timeline of 12 periods from Creation through the Church, it
is easy to see when each book was written and to keep the story alive. By
selecting certain books from each of the 12 major time periods, it is possible
to get a chronological view of the Bible. By
reading just 14 books of the Bible, you are able to get a great view of the
“big picture” and see the Bible like never before.
Whether you are intimately familiar with the Bible or simply trying to get a basic understanding, I highly recommend attending our latest offering in adult education.
